"Wanted to love it, but it feels overpriced"
I’ve usually had good luck with this brand, so I really wanted to like this mount more than I did. It works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but for the price, I expected it to feel a lot sturdier or more premium. I’m kind of torn because I’ve been loyal to the brand for a while, but this one just didn’t feel like the best value for the money.

"Looks Kinda Cheap in Person"
The mount works fine, I guess, so it’s not like it’s totally useless. But the design just isn’t my favorite. It looks a little bulky and doesn’t really blend in with my setup the way I hoped it would. The finish is also plain for the price, which was a bit disappointing. It’s not AWFUL, just not as nice-looking as I expected.

"Shipping took way too long"
The shipping felt like it took forever. I was waiting way longer than I expected, which was frustrating.

"Return worked out, but the process dragged on"
I ordered the wrong mount and had to send it back. The return did go through and I got my refund once they received it, so that part was fine. But customer service took a couple days to respond each time, and I had to keep verifying the same info over and over, which got annoying. Not the worst experience, just slower and more frustrating than it needed to be

"I bought this mount hoping it would be..."
I bought this mount hoping it would be a simple setup, but it never really felt steady to me. I tightened everything as much as I could and there was still a slight wobble, which made me keep checking it over and over.
I also felt kind of ignored when trying to figure out if this was normal or if I was missing something. Maybe it’s fine for something lighter, but I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my screen on it, so I ended up taking it down.

"I thought this was going to be..."
I thought this was going to be a quick install, but nope, it ended up being more annoying than I expected. Maybe I missed something obvious, or maybe the instructions just weren’t that clear, but I kept having to stop, backtrack, and figure out what I was doing. Once I got going it was fine, kind of, but the setup part definitely tested my patience

It looks fine and I really wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the mount started getting loose after just a few weeks. I wasn’t rough with it or anything, so it’s frustrating. I figured it would at least hold up longer than that.

"Didnt really fit my setup"
I was hoping this mount would work for my setup, and it was close, but it just wasnt compatible enough to use comfortably.
